We have been actively involved in English Setters and the sport of purebred dogs since 1996. Our first English Setter, Am/Can CH DayOJoy’s Chocolates ‘N Lace CD, “Checkers” fueled our love for this wonderful and beautiful breed. We have been breeding and raising occasional litters of the laverack type since 2006 with health, temperament, and breed type of the utmost importance in our breeding program. All breeding stock are BAER clear for hearing, have cleared OFA hips and elbows, and adhere to the breed standard. Our English Setters can excel in conformation, obedience, field work, and as loving companions.
We believe in the benefits of Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and our puppies are handled constantly at a very early age. We do everything possible to ensure that our puppies are well-socialized by the time they are ready for their new homes.
